Here’s What They Meant to Say

A Resignation with a Conspiracy Theory Twist

Well, folks, it seems the left is at it again, this time with Joe Kent, the National Counterterrorism Center Director, who has thrown in the towel. His dramatic exit is all about protesting President Trump’s so-called ‘war’ in Iran. Kent, in his infinite wisdom, claims the U.S. was coaxed into this conflict by none other than Israel. That’s right, the same Israel that liberals love to blame for everything under the sun.

Kent, a former Green Beret, seems to have forgotten that it was Trump who campaigned on peace and military restraint. Yet, here he is, accusing Israel of dragging the U.S. into wars, as if Trump himself didn’t have a say. It’s a classic case of blame-shifting, ignoring Trump’s strategic decisions and instead pointing fingers at our allies. The left loves to rewrite history and paint their own narratives, don’t they?

Critics and Their Convenient Amnesia

Kent’s resignation letter is a masterpiece of liberal doublethink. He rails against Trump’s actions while conveniently ignoring the context of Iran’s threats. Thirteen American service members have been lost, but let’s not forget the provocations from Tehran. Yet, Kent and his liberal buddies prefer to ignore these facts, focusing instead on their anti-Israel rhetoric.

And then there’s Tulsi Gabbard, Kent’s former boss, who has been strangely silent. For someone who’s been vocal against military interventions, her silence now is deafening. Maybe she’s too busy aligning with the left, who are all too eager to criticize Trump while ignoring their own inconsistencies. It’s almost like they have a selective memory when it comes to their own entanglements.

The Left’s Love Affair with Conspiracy Theories

Kent’s accusations against Israel are nothing new for the left. Blaming Israel for U.S. military actions is a tired trope. Kent suggests a grand conspiracy involving Israeli officials and the American media to push for war. Sounds like a plot straight out of a liberal fantasy novel, doesn’t it?

But here’s the kicker: Kent, despite his criticisms, supported Trump’s past foreign policies. He even praised the strike on Soleimani. Yet, now he’s backtracking, claiming misinformation led us astray. It’s classic liberal hypocrisy, supporting actions when convenient and denouncing them when they need a scapegoat.

Trump’s Administration Strikes Back

The Trump administration isn’t taking Kent’s accusations lying down. President Trump himself dismissed Kent as weak on security. Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt labeled Kent’s claims as both insulting and laughable. It’s refreshing to see the administration standing firm against such baseless accusations.

Even Taylor Budowich chimed in, calling Kent a ‘crazed egomaniac.’ It seems Kent’s resignation was more about making a splash than a principled stand. The left loves their dramatic exits, don’t they? House Speaker Mike Johnson pointed out that evidence of an imminent threat was shown, but of course, the left will believe what suits their narrative.
