Dems stand firm against FBI’s hunt for Texas lawmakers, calling it political intimidation and vowing not to be cowed by the move.

Here’s What They Meant to Say

Democrats Whine About FBI’s Role

Oh, the poor Democrats! They’re up in arms because the FBI agreed to help find their missing Texas lawmakers who fled the state like cowards to avoid voting on a new congressional map. Hakeem Jeffries, ever the drama queen, took to X to cry foul, claiming the Trump administration is ‘weaponizing’ law enforcement. Cry me a river, Hakeem! These lawmakers broke quorum and ran away from their responsibilities. They should be tracked down and brought back to do their jobs. But no, the Dems are playing the victim card as usual, whining about being ‘intimidated.’ Maybe if they stopped acting like children, they wouldn’t feel so threatened by the big, bad FBI.

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker jumped on the bandwagon too, saying any arrests would be ‘unwelcome’ in his state. Since when did states get to decide which federal laws they’ll follow? Pritzker claims there’s ‘no federal law applicable’ to this situation. Oh, please. These lawmakers are hiding out to avoid their duties. That’s called obstruction, and it’s a crime. But the liberals are too busy virtue signaling to care about the rule of law. They’ll twist themselves into pretzels to defend their own while screaming about ‘authoritarianism’ when conservatives dare to hold them accountable.

Texas Dems Play the Victim Card

Texas Congressman Greg Casar is trying to spin this as some grand battle for democracy. He’s comparing the U.S. to a ‘corrupt’ country where the president changes election laws at the last minute. Give me a break, Casar. The Democrats are the ones trying to rig elections with their voter fraud schemes. And now they’re playing the victim when Republicans try to redraw congressional maps? The hypocrisy is astounding. Casar even had the gall to call Republicans ‘wannabe dictators.’ Pot, meet kettle. The Democrats are the ones trying to consolidate power through underhanded tactics, not the GOP.

Casar’s little speech on an ‘organizing call’ is just more liberal fear-mongering. He’s trying to rally the troops by painting a doomsday scenario where democracy is ‘on its last legs.’ But the only thing on its last legs is the Democrats’ credibility. They’ll say anything to rile up their base and distract from their own failures. Instead of whining about Republicans, maybe the Dems should focus on winning elections fair and square instead of resorting to childish walkouts and baseless accusations.

Doggett’s Desperate Plea

Lloyd Doggett, another Texas Democrat, is urging Californians to ‘fight fire with fire’ by supporting partisan redistricting efforts to counter the GOP’s map. So, let me get this straight: Republicans try to redraw maps, and it’s an outrage. But when Democrats do it, it’s ‘saving the country’? The double standards are laughable. Doggett even had the audacity to say ‘two wrongs can save our country.’ No, Lloyd, two wrongs just make you a hypocrite.

Doggett’s appeal to ‘activate every progressive voice’ to oppose the ‘Texas plague’ spreading across the country is just more liberal alarmism. The only ‘plague’ here is the Democrats’ refusal to accept election results they don’t like. They’ll cry foul at any attempt by Republicans to gain an advantage, but when they do the same thing, it’s suddenly justified. It’s time for the Dems to grow up and stop trying to rig the system in their favor. But I guess that’s too much to ask from a party that thrives on victimhood and double standards.

Raskin’s Ridiculous Rant

Jamie Raskin, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, is urging FBI agents to ‘resist’ tracking down the Texas Democrats. He claims the FBI has ‘no authority’ to locate state legislators who are ‘breaking no federal laws.’ Wrong again, Jamie. These lawmakers are obstructing the legislative process by running away from their duties. That’s a problem, and the FBI has every right to help bring them back.

Raskin’s call for FBI agents to refuse to participate in this ‘act of political harassment and persecution’ is just more liberal nonsense. The only ones being persecuted here are the Texas voters whose representatives abandoned them. But Raskin and his fellow Dems would rather play the victim card than admit their lawmakers are in the wrong. It’s time for the FBI to do its job and stop coddling these crybaby Democrats who can’t handle a little accountability.
